No. Tell describes what it finds on chain and on the web. It never tells you to buy or sell, and it can be wrong, so every report shows why it scored the way it did.
Each finding adds risk points. Critical findings, like an owner who can mint new tokens or unlocked liquidity, push the score to at least 80 on their own.
